Regional Manager: Robynn Haydock
Robynn is a KU graduate, a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association and currently serves as First Vice President and Education Chairman of the Apartment Association of Kansas City. She began working in the apartment industry in 1990 and understands that being a provider of someone's home is a meaningful and important job. Robynn's integrity and solution-driven approach to community management creates satisfied residents, motivated staff, and trusting investors. When she's not working in one of our communities, you might find her with her family at a sporting event, on the golf course or reading her Kindle.
 

Area Leasing Director: Alicia Banister

Alicia began her apartment leasing and resident service career in Lawrence, Kansas while obtaining her journalism degree from KU. After discovering a gift for finding just the right home for people and a desire to grow within the apartment industry, she made the move to Kansas City and matched up with the At Home Apartments team.  In additon to her acting and writing talents, Alicia likes intense workouts, attending sporting events and spending time with her close family and friends.

Assistant Manager: Gary West
Gary is a family man with a wide variety of talents. As quite the entrepreneur, he has worked for JCCC, owned his own business, and came to the apartment industry as a clubhouse attendant in 1985. Gary began his career as a leasing administrator for At Home Apartments in 2008. He is a task-oriented worker with a determined and caring approach to leasing. Gary is proud to be a part of the team because of the diversified and evolving business. He adapts well to change, and is self-motivated, always searching for what needs to be completed. You might spy Gary in the suburbs spending time with his 2 kids or playing golf.
 

Maintenance Supervisor: Tom Deay
Tom is a seasoned veteran of property management and maintenance with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has been awarded Maintenance Supervisor of the year for all of Kansas City, as well as received many other individual and team awards. Tom has earned many certifications and licenses relating to his work, as well. Tom's motto is "If it breaks, I can fix it. If it needs done, I get it done." When Tom's not working in our communities, he works on his family farm and enjoys boating and fishing.
 

Maintenance Technician: Mike Sanders
Mike began his maintenance technician career as a Chief Engineer for a hotel in Overland Park, Kansas. He is a team player willing to help out at all costs. Specializing in sheetrock repair and painting along with excellent customer service, he has a well-rounded work history for apartment maintenance. Mike's easy-going attitude and great work ethic make him a reliable teammate and valued resident contact. Mike loves to fish, hunt, and camp, as long as his wife doesn't have a "honey-do" list!

Maintenance Technician:  James Smith

James began his career as a maintenance technician over 20 years ago and has also served in a supervisory role.  James has received awards for his work including Maintenance Supervisor of the Year and Team Player of the Year.  In November 2010, he joined our team, choosing to step down from his supervisor role to join a maintenance team that surpasses the competition.  James rules the road in his big truck during the day and relaxeswith his Papillion and Chihuahua at night.  He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, his favorite being fishing for anything lured by the hook, auto mechanics and playing catch with his son.
